START A THMC (TRAIN HARD MEN'S CLUB)

Interested in starting a THMC? We're looking for men to lead...

THE THMC STRUCTURE

1. Identify a location to trainβ€”this could be a park, parking garage, or open parking lot.

2. Invite a few friends and ask them to bring external weight such as dumbbells, a sandbag, or plates.

3. Conduct a TRAIN HARD–style 45-minute workout, designed to be efficient, challenging, and accessible.

Typical Workout Flow:
Warm-Up
TH Burpee Test (5 minutes)
Strength Segment (10 minutes)
Conditioning Workout (10–15 minutes)
Finisher (2–5 minutes)

4. Finish the workout and grab a great cup of coffee and connect! The training builds strengthβ€”the conversation builds brotherhood and community.

THE Benefits of being a THMC

1. Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with thousands of men on a shared mission

2. Put your location on the THMC map

3. Get direct access to the Captains Slack for workouts, updates, and support

4. Lead men weeklyβ€”never alone

If you feel called to lead and serve as a weekly anchor for other men, know this: you don’t do it alone. Let THMC be an anchor for you!

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1. Are you CURRENTLY GATHERING men to do TRAIN HARD- style workouts regularly? If not, we do want to see at least (3) consecutive weeks of gatherings before application.

  • 2. Are you currently committed to showing up WEEKLY β€” regardless of weather, mood, or schedule? Official THMC Chapters run weekly on either SAT or SUN, this is a requirement for official clubs.

  • 3. Do you have a CO-CAPTAIN or second-in-command in mind? Before becoming an official club, all Captains must have at least one co-captain who can take the reins on occasion (2-3 co-captains is preferred).

  • 4. Do you feel a genuine calling to lead and support men through FITNESS in the THMC brotherhood? We are relentlessly MISSION FOCUSED and fitness is the catalyst. THMC is fitness first.

  • 5. Are you ROOTED in your LOCAL community β€” personally and professionally? We want to grow and expand THMC and the most successful clubs are led by men who are rooted in the area with no immediate plans to transplant.
