FOUNDING.
The THMC is a grassroots fitness movement specifically for men, founded in Los Gatos, California by Jason Khalipa. What started with ten men meeting before sunrise has grown into a brotherhood united by shared effort, discipline, and accountability.
Our mission is simple β to connect men through fitness and uphold the standard for what it means to be a good man.
OUR CHARTER.
We are a free club led by captains, not coaches. We meet early, train hard, and build strength together β physically, mentally, and spiritually. Workouts are simple, scalable, and built around shared suffering and mutual support. Afterward, we connect over coffee, conversation, and commitment to becoming better husbands, fathers, friends, and leaders.
NO GURUS.
We arenβt therapists, relationship experts, or guruβs. We are a collection of men going through life looking to pull each other up using fitness as the tool. This is what the world needs more of right now.
We meet early, train hard, and build strength together β physically, mentally, and spiritually.
The THMC welcomes men of all fitness levels β from seasoned athletes to those just getting started. There are no memberships, no fees, and no excuses. Just men showing up, putting in work, and sharpening one another β one handshake, one workout at a time.

1 LIFE WILL BE HARD.
Hardship is inevitable. Financial strain, personal loss, setbacks β life will test you. But you donβt wait for life to get easier. You get stronger to handle whatever comes your way. You train because life demands a stronger version of you. We donβt fold. We donβt wait. We prepare.
2 STACK WINS EARLY.
Your first decision sets the tone for everything else. You train early β not because everyone can, but because prioritizing training first ensures it gets done. Whether itβs at dawn or after work, you make it non-negotiable. You eat solid meals β not because fasting is βwrong,β but because strong men fuel their bodies instead of running on junk food and excuses. Start strong. Stay strong.

3 TRAIN HARD. NEVER ZERO.
Your body is your weapon. If it is weak, you are weak. If it is strong, you are unstoppable. We donβt train for aesthetics. We donβt train for ego. We train because strong men are capable men. There is no off-season. There is no βwhen life slows down.β Every single day, you do something β even when itβs hard. We donβt quit. We train. Always.
4 PROTECT. PROVIDE.
You are the first and last line of defense for your family. Not just physically β but in every way that matters. We train so we can stand strong. We work so we can lead from the front. We donβt get to opt out. We donβt get to sit back and hope someone else steps up.
5 CUT THE CRUTCH
Most men have a crutch β something they lean on to escape. Alcohol, endless scrolling, junk food, distractions disguised as rewards. At TRAIN HARD, we redefine moderation. Itβs rare.
