JASON KHALIPA

Jason Khalipa is a family man and the founder of TRAIN HARD. He lives by a simple standard: do the work, take responsibility, and show up for the people who count on you.

As the TRAIN HARD Men’s Club Captain in Los Gatos, Jason is driven by the mission to bring men together through shared effort — training hard, sharpening discipline, and building trust shoulder to shoulder. The work doesn’t stop when the workout ends. It continues in real conversations, over coffee, where accountability turns into connection and effort turns into lasting relationships.

When you train alongside Jason and the men of TRAIN HARD, you’re stepping into a standard — one built on consistency, brotherhood, and doing what needs to be done.
