Show Up No Matter What
This week, I’ve been spending a few days with our leadership team at TRAIN HARD, reflecting on 2024 and planning the future of the brand.
It’s been a time to celebrate wins, reflect on lessons learned, and set some big goals for the year ahead.
I’m walking away from these meetings full of gratitude for the impact we’ve made and fired up about what’s to come. But as incredible as these days have been, they’ve also been jam-packed.
This is the perfect example of a time when it would be easy to skip a workout.
But here’s the thing: walking the walk means doing the work anyway. Even on busy days full of back-to-back meetings, I make the time to get something in—because that’s what discipline looks like, which is at the foundation of the brand we are building.
When Time is Short, Show Up Anyway
This is where the sandbag becomes one of my favorite tools and where our SAND programs shine. Whether it’s a 20-minute session between calls or a quick sweat before sitting down to plan the next big thing, there’s always time to make it happen.
The reality is that December will be full of days when time is tight, and the excuses feel valid. But those are the moments that count the most. Those are the days that set you apart.
Whether it’s grabbing a sandbag for a quick workout, hitting a few sets of push-ups, or sneaking in a 10-minute walk, the goal is simple: never let your momentum hit zero.
Start Now, Keep Moving Forward
There’s no perfect time to prioritize yourself—there’s only today. Show up for yourself, even when it’s inconvenient. Build the discipline now, and when January rolls around, you’ll already be miles ahead of where you were.
Don’t let the season slow you down. Make it work, no matter what.
