It’s Not About What You Know

Most men already know what they should be doing.

  • Drink more water, not just coffee and energy drinks. 

  • Don’t skip meals.

  • Plan ahead, prioritizing the things that matter. 

But knowing doesn’t mean doing. And if your priorities are scrambled and your stress is maxed, all that knowledge gets buried under “busy.”

The hard truth is: if you don’t manage your time and stress, you don’t stand a chance at managing your diet.

What Changed for Me

I used to be the guy who didn’t think much about nutrition. I’d train hard, stay busy all day, and maybe eat a real meal around 4 PM. Honestly, I knew that wasn’t ideal, but it was easier than facing the extra effort of planning ahead.
