A workout, nutrition, and lifestyle reboot designed to reset your momentum, rebuild discipline, and strengthen the brotherhood you belong to.

You’ll train, eat, and live with intention every day for 45 days straight. If you commit, the results will be incredible.

1 pair of Dumbbells (Moderate Weight) — something challenging for 7-12 reps
Your Bodyweight
Access to Cardio — run, bike, row, or treadmill
Active Recovery
Daily Time Commitment: ~45 minutes per day.
