THE CHALLENGE

45-Days Shoulder to Shoulder

A workout, nutrition, and lifestyle reboot designed to reset your momentum, rebuild discipline, and strengthen the brotherhood you belong to.

You’ll train, eat, and live with intention every day for 45 days straight. If you commit, the results will be incredible.

CHECKLIST WHAT YOU NEED
✘ 1 pair of Dumbbells (Moderate Weight) β€” something challenging for 7-12 reps

✘ Access to Cardio β€” run, bike, row, or treadmill

✘ Daily Time Commitment: ~45 minutes per day.

DESCRIPTION

45 Burpees

Complete 45 burpees every morning within 45 minutes of waking.

45g Protein / Meal

Every main meal includes at least 45 g of protein.

45 Days on the S2S Workout Track

Follow the daily S2S track in the TRAIN HARD App.

Cut Out the Crutch

Identify one thing holding you back β€” remove it for 45 days (booze, porn, complaining, junk food, etc.).

Saturday Brotherhood Workout

Every Saturday, complete the S2S Partner Workout and post a photo in the TRAIN HARD App with your training partner β€” friend, family, neighbor, or buddy.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON β€” THE STRENGTH CYCLE

Want to level up? A free 3Γ—/week linear strength cycle (Back Squat / Deadlift / Strict Pull-Ups) runs alongside the challenge.

It’s optional, but it pairs perfectly with the training.
